Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with any of the MACY MAE® brand items, return them within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund. Consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. Should you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours via email at info@macymae.com or shipping charges may apply.
